Anker Products Refund and Returns Policy
- Introduction
This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns are handled by Anker for Anker electronic accessories products, in accordance with Singapore law. By purchasing Anker products from us, you agree to the terms of this policy. - Refunds
Refunds are not possible in any case unless specifically accepted by management based on a request. All approved refunds are subject to administrative fees.

To request a refund, you must contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase.

- Returns
Returns of Anker products are subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

3.3 Return Process

Provide the order number, product details, and reason for return.
Return the item to the address provided by our team.
3.4 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection and Approval
